After COVID19 hit and the world shut down, like so many others, I was left without a job due to working in an industry that could not work remotely. I spent countless hours on the couch watching movies and series after series, The whole time my creative wheels churning. until one day I impulsively bought a dollhouse on wallapop. I set to work creating scenes from my favorite movies (and one I hope to work on in the future!) all designed in miniature 1/12 scale.

as a maker, i find myself constantly saving garbage. I see things Things that would otherwise be thrown away (amazon wrapping, apple product boxes, quip tubes!) and saving them. FOR YEARS!!! but for what? Well here comes a project that puts all that to work! Miniatures made entirely from found and repurposed materials.
